effect_create_below(effect_name,x_coord,y_coord,size,color_name);
  • to create above: use effect_create_above(...);
  • effect_name - one of the effect constants:
    • ef_
      • explosion
      • spark
      • etc. (see Create Effect action)
  • size - 0=small, 1=medium, 2=large
  • colour - one of the color constants (e.g. c_gray)
